How far in advance should I reserve my vehicle(s)?

To insure you receive the specific vehicle and size you require it is best to make your reservations at least 4-6 weeks in advance. When booking for Holidays and high travel season it is recommended to book 6-8 weeks in advance. When booking Graduation and Prom nights for schools, we recommend that you reserve your vehicle(s) in September or October at the latest.

How do I book and pay services?

All Aboard has standard terms of service agreement that is submitted with each formal quotation. It outlines all deposit requirements along with cancellation policies. To complete your reservation, the confirmation must be signed and returned with a check. Payment may also be made using MasterCard or Visa. A 3% convenience fee will be added for Credit Cards.

What other fees or Expense are the group's responsibility?

Hotel Rooms…if a group is planning an overnight stay, it is the responsibility of the group to provide the driver with a room at the same site.If you are going to a venue that requires a parking fee, it is the group’s responsibility to cover this expense. If available in advance we can add the fees to the invoice if requested.
Driver Gratuities are at the sole discretion of the group. Drivers appreciate being recognized for their superior services.

Special needs or requests.

On occasion, a group may require services that require the driver to make special accommodations Stopping at certain rest stops or going to an early lunch. These requests should be included in the special comment section.
Should you require a coach with a lift, please call at least 48 hours prior to departure. Please be prepared to give us your contact information, if you wish, so that we may confirm your request. If you are unable to provide 48-hour advance notice, All Aboard will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.

What areas do you cover?

We service nation-wide.

Are your vehicles equipped with WiFi or Movies Players?

WiFi and DVD players are available upon request.

How are your vehicles maintained?

We have our own maintenance service.

What are your conditions of carriage?
